Dar s-a intamplat ceva ciudat - eu nefiiind un fan al sfeclei, desi imi plac mult legumele, ea este pe ultimele locuri in preferintele mele - m-a cucerit si am mai facut-o de doua ori. Mi-a placut combinatia dulce-acrisor si iute, cu doua texturi diferite. Deci, prezenta la datorie cu aceasta reteta, care sper sa va incite si sa va lansati cu putin curaj in necunoscut.
